  Its your time, and its valuable to you.  Personal Touch Computer Services respects that.  Many times we can resolve your issue or concerns quickly via a short phone conversation, an e-mail or remote assistance.  
 
 

Phone & Email Technical Support
New Customers We will consult with you over the phone or e-mail to resolve your issue for up to 10 minutes at no charge (one incident per new customer). At that time we will arrange for On-Site or Depot service.
   
Current Customers We will work with you to resolve your issue, billed in fifteen minute increments ($70/hour).  If required we will arrange for On-Site or Depot service.

Remote Assistance Technical Support
 
Current Customers We will work to resolve your issue via remote control, billed in fifteen minute increments ($60/hour).  If required we will arrange for On-Site or Depot service.
