Remote Assistance  
  Remote Assistance is a very handy support tool.  It allows you, the customer, to give us access to your computer without us making a trip to your home or office, saving you from extended down time.  With this access we can watch what you are doing to see what the issue may be.  We can, if needed, take control of your mouse and keyboard to resolve the issue.

What is needed for Remote Access is that your computer has a working Internet connection.  You would then use a code to access and run a remote control program (128bit encryption) that will allow PTCS to connect to your computer.  At any time you can disconnect the connection.  When PTCS has resolved the issue you (or PTCS) can disconnect the connection.  When disconnected the remote control program un-installs itself from your computer.
